Yang's Dumplings

If ramen at Ippudo is heaven in a bowl, then Yang’s is heaven in a dumpling. Don’t bite directly into the dumpling or you’ll be burned by the delicious hot broth inside! Instead, you want to hold it in a spoon, bite off just a tiny whole, large enough to vent the heat for a few seconds, then slurp out the liquid gold. If you are extra hungry, add on a “niu rou tang,” beef soup with rice noodles and cilantro. Best of all- Yang’s is really cheap, just a few bucks.
