Eilean Donan
Eilean Donan Castle is probably my favorite castle that I’ve visited. It’s situated on a tiny island at the joining of 3 Lochs. It’s been featured in numerous movies and TV shows such as Highlander, etc.

I found a nice local pub to throw down a few pints of Guinness to kill 4 hours of wait for the golden light and water to come in a bit…then I returned to the pub for the best Fish & Chips of the trip.
